Our artisans start manufacturing the product, as and when the order is placed. Hence, the upcycled products are not returnable. In case of any damage, or non-usable conditions, WhatsApp us a picture mentioning the defect. This will later be considered and shall be initiated a pick up. The returned product is replaced with a similar one.
After the product return, the cash will be converted into green coins and is applicable to any product you would want to shop in future.
In terms of Books, they are again upcycled and unique in its own way. Hence, return is not acceptable. Perhaps, an issue is raised related to the book upload the book on the greenree platform.
Cancellation of any order is applicable before its shipment. Your cash is further refunded in the form of Green Coins. This is valid for all your future orders.
Earthenware products are available only in Bangalore. Return is not accepted, once the order is shipped.
